Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to receive your fabulous items. We can't wait for you to have it either! We want to make sure we get every order right. Please allow 2- 3 days for each order to be processed.

After processing your order will ship via USPS.

All orders will arrive 2-7 days after the order has been processed.

Expect  your order within 4-10 days from the date your order is placed.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

What is the return policy?

  • Items must be returned within 45 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and/ or unused.

  •  Pierced jewelry and Sunglasses cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Luggage must be tested indoors

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost. We advise you to obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Carry on Girl Shop

How to Return

  • Kindly send us an E-mail at  Contact@CarryOnGirlShop.com with your order number to request a Return Label. Your Return label will then be sent via E-mail

  • Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

  • Print the return label and simply drop it off at your local post office.

  • You will receive an email confirmation upon recieving your return.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please email contact@carryongirlshop.com

with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
